One Hour Staging Consultation
Staging professional meets with seller in the home for tour and discussion of options available to stage home. Seller will receive a comprehensive written staging plan later that same day via email. Several photos of our past staging projects are included throughout the staging plan as a visual aid for the seller so they can create this look in their own home. This staging plan is considered to be more of a DIY plan for the homeowner to follow and implement.
E-Staging Consultation
Our E-Staging Consultations are the same as our One Hour Staging Consultation service; however, everything is handled remotely using technology. This service is for clients that are outside our normal service area.
In-Home Decorating Consultation: “Tell us what we need to do!”
This service option is for homeowners who seek our ideas and advice but want to implement the design plan themselves following our recommendations. After an in-home meeting with the homeowner, we follow up with a decorating plan that may include mood boards, shopping lists or other helpful tools.
