We have a proven track record working with homeowners, realtors, builders, and investors that spans nearly two decades. Our staging mission is to curate high-quality custom staging solutions that are fitting to the style, scale, and price point of each home we stage.
Jamie has resided in the Lake Norman area of Charlotte for more than 25 years. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Jamie founded Centerpiece Home Staging LLC in 2007 after an equally long career in the banking and investment management industries. Throughout the years, Jamie has earned numerous professional designations and accolades in the staging and design industry including Accredited Staging Professional Master™ designation, Certified Luxury Home Staging Professional designation, Professional Organizer Certification, and multiple Best of the Lake awards from Lake Norman Home Builder’s Association. In 2025, Jamie was nominated by her peers for IAHSP awards in four categories including Staging Excellence, Client Care Excellence, Industry Leadership, and Design Excellence (International Association of Home Staging Professionals). She currently serves as 2025 President of the local IAHSP Chapter in Charlotte and also served as President in 2010 and multiple board positions since then. Jamie loves connecting with other local entrepreneurs at various professional and social functions. When not working, Jamie loves to hike, travel, and attend live music venues with her husband, Jason. Together they have two grown children, Alexis and Jonathan. She is a long-time member of Community In Christ Lutheran Church and likes to give back to her community when she can.
Michael joined Centerpiece Home Staging in 2023 as a Home Staging Stylist and has since been promoted to the role of our Staging Team Leader. Prior to joining Centerpiece Home Staging, Michael cultivated his interest in design through a rewarding six-year career in corporate retail merchandising where he created appealing and attractive visual in-store displays. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and decorating his own home.
Carly joined Centerpiece Home Staging in 2023 as a Home Staging Stylist. Carly earned her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from East Carolina University, where she also earned a minor in Interior Design. Outside of work, you might find Carly crocheting, reading, exploring new places and restaurants, and spending time with her husband Conner and their cats Rupert, Arthur, Greta, Freya, and George.
Gloria is an Appalachian State University Interior Design Program graduate with a minor in Marketing. Gloria joined Centerpiece Home Staging in 2024 as a Home Staging Stylist and has since been promoted to Luxury Home Staging Stylist. Prior to joining Centerpiece, she worked as a floral designer in Boone, NC and as a Home Staging Assistant for another staging company in Charlotte. Gloria works hard to curate beautiful designs and creative solutions for each project. In addition to leading our luxury projects, she also creates the company’s social media marketing content and monthly newsletter.
Marissa joined Centerpiece Home Staging in 2024. She is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma with a BFA in graphic design. Prior to joining Centerpiece Home Staging, she had a marketing career with Bank of Oklahoma and Southwest Airlines and also owned a successful Card My Yard franchise in Lake Norman for more than six years. Outside of work, Marissa likes to travel, read, volunteer with various community organizations, and spend time with family and friends.
Leslie joined Centerpiece Home Staging in 2025 and has approximately nine years of real estate experience working in Tennessee and North Carolina as an Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator. After graduating from Salisbury University with a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing, Leslie earned her Masters of Fine Arts in Poetry from Converse College. Leslie has also earned three certifications in Interior Design, Home Staging, and Professional Organization. When she’s not going above and beyond for our clients, you can find Leslie trying new restaurants and coffee shops, reading, exercising, or spending time with her friends and husband, Jeremy.
After earning her MBA and beginning a career in business, Cathy soon realized her true passion lies in art and design. She spent the past ten years running a successful boutique staging company in the Lake Norman area, where she built a reputation for creating beautifully balanced and inviting spaces. In 2026, she joined Centerpiece Home Staging as a Home Staging Stylist, bringing her creativity, trained eye, and entrepreneurial experience with her. Having grown up in Southeast Asia, Cathy naturally incorporates Feng Shui principles into her designs, thoughtfully blending harmony, flow, and functionality in every space she stages.
