Centerpiece Home Staging LLC provides residential real estate Staging® services for vacant, occupied resale, and new construction homes. Our goal in home staging® is to create an atmosphere where potential buyers can focus on the architectural details of the seller’s home and start to envision it as their own rather than being distracted by seller’s personal possessions, collections, and other “stuff”.

1. Vacant Homes – due to job relocation, many families need to move prior to selling their home. Vacant homes do not sell well because buyers think the owner is desperate to sell.  Buyers also only know what they see and can’t envision what the home would look like furnished.  For these two reasons, it is crucial to Stage® and bring in rental furniture.  We handle everything except signing the paperwork.
   
   
2. Occupied Residences – Sellers cannot be objective when it comes to preparing their own home for market.  Because we are Accredited Staging Professionals™, we know how to accentuate the value added features of your home and how to overcome obstacles.  We help organize your furniture and belongings in a way that makes sense and creates the ultimate home for show. 
   
   
3. New Construction – with hundreds of new construction homes for sale in the Lake Norman and Charlotte region, home Staging® by an Accredited Staging Professional™ offers a distinct competitive advantage. While we recommend Staging® prior to going on the market to minimize days on market, we use feedback from prior showings to determine which rooms should be Staged®. We can Stage® the whole house or just perceived problem areas throughout the home. At a minimum, we recommend Staging® the kitchen, bathrooms, and above mantle to help sell their features; however, the client ultimately decides.
