I was hesitant about using a home stager because I thought that I was already really good at it so why spend the money, I asked. Well, I did and it proved to be the right choice for many reasons:

1) It showed my client that I was willing to spend the money on her listing, that I had faith I could sell it, and that I was willing to go the extra yard.
2) It allowed Jamie to step into the assertive role of telling the seller some things that maybe they didn't want to hear while allowing me to focus more on the marketing aspects.
3) And the obvious... Jamie has an eye for detail and her assertiveness made for a listing that really stood out above the competition.
