Founded in 2007, our mission is to provide high quality home Staging® services to our clients in a manner that is professional, timely, and convenient. We have a proven track record working with homeowners, realtors, builders, and investors. We specialize in residential real estate staging but also provide interior decorating, commercial staging, and home organization services to our clients.
Jamie has resided in the Lake Norman area since 2000 and is an Accredited Staging Professional™ (ASP) and member of the International Association of Homes Staging Professionals™ (IAHSP), including the Charlotte Regional Chapter. Jamie has served on the board in numerous positions for the chapter and held the position of chapter President in 2010. She is also a cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Jamie couples her creativity and artistic vision with her business skills to provide service that is nothing but first class. She believes in the real estate industry and understands what it takes to prepare homes for market and became a Certified Luxury Home Staging Specialist in 2019.
Kelly is an Accredited Staging Professional and joined Centerpiece Home Staging in 2021 as a Home Staging Stylist. Prior to joining Centerpiece, Kelly professionally staged homes for another staging firm located in Matthews, NC for over three years. Before then she worked as a Visual Stylist for Neimen Marcus. Outside of work, Kelly loves spending time with her three children, listening to live music and boating on Lake Norman.
Michael joined Centerpiece Home Staging in 2023 as a Home Staging Stylist and Executive Assistant. Michael is a licensed real estate broker who is passionate about showcasing properties and making them stand out from the competition, and he is committed to providing our clients with only the best. Prior to joining Centerpiece Home Staging, Michael cultivated his interest in design through a rewarding six-year career in retail merchandising where he created appealing and attractive visual in-store displays. Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling and staying active.
Carly joined Centerpiece Home Staging in 2023 as a part-time Home Staging Stylist & Technician and is now our full-time warehouse manager. Carly earned her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from East Carolina University, where she also earned a minor in interior design. When Carly is not working, you might find her crafting, paddle boarding on Lake Norman, or working on a renovation project.
Gloria joined Centerpiece Home Staging in 2024 as a Home Staging Stylist. She is an Appalachian State University Interior Design Program graduate with a minor in Marketing. Prior to joining Centerpiece Home Staging, Gloria worked as a floral designer and home staging assistant. When not working, Gloria enjoys furniture renovation and flipping.
